The SHAZAMChek card is an ATM/Debit card that is available on all types of
checking accounts. It can be used at most ATM machines to make cash withdrawals
and to make purchases from any merchant who accepts Mastercard. This card is
available with any of our checking account programs. There are SHAZAM ATM
machines at both of our locations that are available 24 hours per day, 7

SERVICE AND ACTIVITY FEES
There is NO fee to obtain this card. A withdrawal fee of $1.00 is assessed
each time you make a withdrawal from an ATM machine other than those operated by
The First National Bank of Arenzville or The First National Bank of South
Jacksonville. This fee is over and above any surcharges that you may incur from
other institutions. No activity fees are associated with the debit feature of the
card.

What is the edge? "EDGE" means electronic debits generate earnings! Each
time you use your SHAZAM card to make a purchase, your checking account will
be debited electronically and you earn a point. These points will add up to
savings for you. Points can be redeemed for cash or interest rate incentives.
After reaching 3000 points you must redeem them. You will then return to 0 and
begin accruing again. When using points to make rate adjustments, they cannot
be applied to existing loans or CDs and are subject to a $20,000.00 loan or CD
limit.
