Change in Image Software Provider
We are transitioning to a new image software provider to improve the quality, security, and accessibility of your check and image deposits.
Outsourced Statement Processing
To streamline operations and enhance service reliability, we are outsourcing the printing and mailing of paper statements to a trusted third-party provider. This move will allow for more efficient processing and consistent delivery of your monthly statements, while maintaining the same high standards of security and privacy. Due to the transition to a new image software provider, we will be cycling all statements on July 3, 2025 to ensure a clean break to the new imaging system. You may receive multiple statements in the month of July.
E-Statements
If you haven’t already enrolled, now is a great time to sign up for E-statements. Electronic statements are:
Faster: Available sooner than mailed statements.
Convenient: Accessible anytime through online banking.
Eco-Friendly: Reduces paper waste.
Your E-statements will soon be available through online banking starting mid-July. To enroll in E-statements, simply log in to your online banking account, navigate to the “Statements” section, and select the E-Statement enrollment option. If you are already enrolled in E-statements, your information will convert to the new system.
